To start with onFact, simply click on 'Create account' at the top right of the page. As soon as the account is created, you can start setting up new client accounts or linking existing company accounts.

Each account created in onFact starts with a free 14-day trial period. You can therefore create an account for every new client/company without further obligations. A login and temporary pasword will be sent to the user via e-mail. The new user can try and test the full program for free during these 14 days. All functions in onFact are available during the trial period.

onFact is a program developed for entrepreneurs. We want to offer users the possibility to easily forward the documents they've created in onFact to their accountant. This possibility is already included in their paid subscription. As accountant, you can receive the documents for free when you create an account for accountants.

Yes, that's possible. Please contact us and we will switch your accountant account to our reseller system. It is recommended to trade or sell the same prices as onFact in a bundle. onFact invoices you then monthly for the costs of all orders minus the commission fee.

You are only entitled to a commission fee for accounts that you have created for use by your clients. Existing accounts can easily be linked to your accountant account, but don't count for a fee (as these clients have already subscribed to onFact). 

When you've earned a minimum of € 30 in commission, it is possible to upload an invoice via your accountant account to invoice the fee to onFin. The commission is paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
