Credit Note From an Invoice

Do you need to create a credit note for an invoice? Simply copy an invoice to the document type 'credit note' in the program. You may optionally adjust the products or services that may or may not be credited. With just one click you can send the credit note to the customer via email.

Send With Ease

You can have your onFact credit notes printed to send byclick & post service, or emailed directly from onFact. The e-mail address from the customer record is automatically completed and you can adjust the standard text of the e-mail yourself. The credit notes are sent via your own (company) email address for a professional appearance.
