As your data is stored in the cloud, our systems create multiple backups so that you never lose data. In addition, if desired, you can activate a link with well-known cloud storage services to set up an extra backup environment for yourself.
Synchronization
Your data is stored centrally in the cloud. Whenever and on which device you open onFact, you'll always be working with the latest version of your data. Even when your account has multiple users, you'll use the same data in real time.
Safe Storage
A program in the cloud is in many cases more secure than your own computer. onFact servers are not susceptible to viruses and are completely cut off from the web outside, so there is no online access to the program. You open your own onFact environment in our program via your e-mail address and personal password, and possibly an additional two step authentication via smartphone. Data is encrypted via SSL and only exchanged between your device and our servers.
