UBL - Universal Business Language

What is UBL? UBL is short for 'Universal Business Language'. It is the standard format for electronic invoicing. It contains your document data in an XML file, which can be quickly processed by a computer. What are the advantages of UBL? An accounting program can quickly read the file and process the information (from your invoice, for example). If you export your invoices from onFact in UBL format, you can transfer them to your accountant. He/she can then easily read and process them into his program. How does the integration with UBL work? In onFact you can select the document you wich to transform to UBL files. Simply mark them, click the export button and download them to your computer for forwarding.
